How to Make Qarisheh Cream
Qarisheh cream... couldn't be easier to prepare at home. Chill it in the refrigerator until well-cooled, then serve with honey and nuts. It's also used in countless types of desserts.

Ingredients

- 2 liters water
- 3 cups powdered milk
- 1 small coffee cup vinegar
- 1 can cream (Qeemar)

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Dissolve the powdered milk in the water and put them in a saucepan over the heat with stirring
- When the milk becomes warm and before boiling, add the amount of a small coffee cup of vinegar
- After adding the vinegar, the milk curdles, separating into qarisheh (curds) and whey, which is the milk liquid
- Turn off the heat and pour the contents of the pot directly into a sieve so the qarisheh cream drains very well and cools
- When the qarisheh is ready, add a can of Qeemar cream and mix
- Serve the qarisheh cream chilled from the fridge with honey and nuts
