How to Make Nutella Chocolate at Home

Ingredients

- 5 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons powdered milk dissolved in 1 cup of water to make 1 cup liquid milk
- A pinch of vanilla
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil (any kind you have on hand, but a light oil is best so its flavor does not affect the Nutella)
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee
- 1/2 cup roasted hazelnuts, finely ground
Method
