Banana Pancake Bites

Ingredients

- Egg
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Pinch of salt
- Half a cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 medium bananas
- Garnish
- Chocolate syrup or any dipping chocolate/syrup as desired
- Ground pistachios

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Beat the eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla until the sugar dissolves. Then add the milk, followed by the flour and baking powder, and mix until the batter is smooth.
- Cut the bananas into medium-thick slices and wholly dip them into the batter so they are coated on all sides.
- Fry the banana slices in a nonstick pan until cooked and browned on both sides.
- Let the banana bites cool slightly, then garnish with chocolate syrup or liquid chocolate and pistachios, and serve.
