Ingredients
- 3 cups flour

- 1 cup butter for baking, unsalted and not melted

Method
- Mix the sugar and butter well until you have a pale, creamy mixture
- Add the flour and mix well—use an electric mixer or by hand—and knead to obtain a cohesive, soft dough
- Place it in a plastic bag and refrigerate for two to four hours
- After that, preheat the oven well
- Form the ghraybeh into balls and decorate as desired—for example, place a pistachio nut on each cookie
- Bake them in the oven at 150°C until the cookies dry without browning... this will take about seven minutes, depending on the oven
- Let them cool on the baking sheet, then arrange the cookies on a serving plate and serve at room temperature
