Ingredients
- Ready-made puff pastry
- Custard
- Butter and powdered sugar for garnish
- 2 tablespoons custard powder
- 2 cups liquid milk
- 3 tablespoons sugar
Method
- In a dry bowl, whisk the custard powder with the liquid milk, then add the sugar and keep whisking until the sugar dissolves.
- Stir the mixture well until all the ingredients dissolve while cold, then place it over low heat until you get a smooth cream.
- Set the custard aside to cool.
- Meanwhile, cut the puff pastry into squares, brush them with butter, and prick the center with a fork.
- Place a small amount of custard in the center of each puff pastry piece and put them in the oven on parchment paper, or grease a baking tray with a little oil and a sprinkle of flour if you do not have parchment paper.
- Bake the custard puff pastry in a hot oven at 180 degrees in the middle rack until it puffs up and the bottom is golden, about 15 minutes, then brown the top.Timers: 15 min
