Banana Pancakes
Banana pancakes — very easy and quick to make. Serve them as a nutritious breakfast packed with energy for your kids or as a dessert for them and you. Kids are sure to love them!

- 1 medium banana
- 1 egg
- a pinch of vanilla
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Method

- Mash the banana with a fork, then add the egg and vanilla and whisk with the fork... add the flour and oil and stir until the batter is uniform..
- Fry the banana pancakes in a hot pan over medium heat for two minutes on each side or until cooked and lightly colored...
