How to Make Crêpes
Crêpes are one of the first desserts that come to mind when we decide to make a quick, delicious sweet treat. They can be filled with whatever you like, such as jam or chocolate sauce. Here is an easy way to make them.
Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons powdered milk
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 egg

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Whisk the egg, sugar, and vanilla well, then add the flour, oil, and water and whisk well.
- Let the mixture rest for a little while before starting to cook.
- Heat a nonstick pan, and using a soup ladle, take some of the crêpe batter and spread it in the pan in a circular motion to get a thin, round crêpe.
- When the first side is cooked after one or two minutes, flip the crêpe to the other side for one minute.
- Continue preparing the rest of the batter the same way.
- Fill the crêpes with chocolate sauce, sweetened condensed milk, jam, or as desired.
