- 2 cups sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon flour
- corn oil, as needed

- The oil must be added over the sesame seeds gradually and slowly, in a thin stream, so the mixture does not become too loose.
Method

- In a pan over medium heat, add the sesame seeds and stir until they are lightly toasted.
- Add the flour and stir briefly without letting it change color
- Leave the toasted sesame seeds at room temperature.
- In a food processor, grind the sesame seeds well until smooth.
- Add the oil gradually, continuing to blend.
- When the mixture becomes somewhat thick, transfer it to a canister or glass jar and leave it for about two hours at room temperature.
- Close the tahini jar well and store it in a closed place.
