How to Make Tabbouleh
Tabbouleh is one of the most delicious Lebanese salads and is almost an ambassador of Lebanese cuisine to the world because of its wide popularity. Some people like it with pomegranate molasses, while others prefer it with lemon juice only. And you? How do you like tabbouleh?
Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 2 bunches parsley
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 small dry onion or 2 scallions
- A handful of fresh mint
- A pinch of fine bulgur
- Lemon juice, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- Oil, to taste

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Wash the vegetables well before chopping.
- Place them in a colander to drain well, pat dry, then chop.
- Finely chop the vegetables.
- Add salt, lemon juice, oil, and bulgur to the finely chopped vegetables and mix.
- Serve the tabbouleh with lettuce or cabbage leaves for wrapping/eating.
