- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk (liquid)
- 1 egg
- a dash of vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon yeast
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Whisk or mix all the ingredients well together.
- Let the pancake batter rest briefly before you start cooking.
- Spoon a large soup-ladle (or a generous tablespoon) of batter and spread it into a circle in a non-stick pan lightly brushed with a little oil.
- Cook for one minute, then flip and cook the other side for another minute.
- Repeat until all the batter is used.
- Fill the pancakes with jam, chocolate, honey, clotted cream, or any filling you like.
