Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup powdered milk
  • 2 packets powdered creme caramel, without using the caramel sachet
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 cup sugar, or to taste
  • 5 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons Nescafe or 1 sachet of Nescafe 3-in-1
  • 1 container plain cooking cream
  • 1 pack plain unfilled biscuits

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together using a hand whisk... Place the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens and sets....
  2. Arrange the biscuit pieces in a cheesecake pan, then pour the mixture over the biscuits. If desired, you can make the chocolate mousse in layers: add a layer of biscuits, then the mixture, then a second layer of biscuits, and then the mixture again.....
  3. Place the chocolate mousse pan in the fridge, not the freezer, for 4 to 5 hours.

  4. Serve and decorate as desired
