How to Make Vegan Lazy Cake

An excellent vegan recipe for anyone fasting or avoiding animal products! A very easy lazy cake that's perfect any time.

Ingredients

Start here, then move straight into the method.

  • 3 packages of plain biscuits
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups cocoa
  • 3 large bananas
  • 1/2 cup sweet date molasses
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Place the sugar, cocoa and vanilla with the water in a pot over low heat and bring to a boil; continue boiling for 8 minutes.
    Timers: 8 min
  2. Mash the bananas well and mix them with 1/2 cup sweet molasses and vanilla. Add the banana mixture to the cocoa mixture and leave on the heat for about two minutes, then pour the mixture over the biscuits and spread it in the pan. Place the lazy cake pan in the refrigerator/freezer for 3 hours.
