طريقة تحضير سمك السلمون المشوي في وصفة منزلية سهلة ومجربة!

Ingredients

  • Pieces of salmon
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons red paprika powder or ground red pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter or olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • A little fresh cilantro or a sprinkle of parsley, as desired
  • Mixed bell peppers, as desired or as available
  • In a grill pan, melt a little butter over the heat and grill the salmon pieces
  • Alternatively, you can roast the salmon in the oven until browned; be careful not to leave the fish in the oven too long so it doesn't dry out and become tough, because salmon doesn't need long to cook

Method

  1. تخلط كل المكونات والبهارات والثوم جيداً
  2. تغسل قطع سمك السلمون بالماء البارد وتوضع في المصفاة لإزالة الماء منها
  3. نضيف التتبيلة الى قطع السمك ونخلطها جيدا لتتشربها
  4. في مقلاة خاصة بالشوي نضع القليل من الزبدة علىى النار ونشوي قطع السلمون
  5. اويمكننا ان نشوي قطع السلمون ايضا بالفرن حتى تتحمر ومن المهم ان ننتبه لعدم ترك قطع السمك لوقت طويل في الفرن حتى لا تجف وتصبح قاسية لأن سمك السلمون لا يحتاج الى وقت طويل لينضج
