Muhallabia (Milky Pudding)

Ingredients

- 2 liters milk
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp orange blossom water (or rose water)

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- In a pot over heat, add the milk, sugar, flour, and cornstarch gradually
- Stir the ingredients over low heat until they boil
- When the pudding comes to a boil, add the vanilla, a piece of butter, and orange blossom water
- When the mixture thickens, remove the pot from the heat
- Begin portioning the muhallabia into cups or glasses and place them in the refrigerator—not the freezer—for at least 3 hoursTimers: 180 min
