Ingredients
- Half a kilo finely minced meat
- 1 small onion, finely minced
- A few sprigs coriander, finely minced
- 1/2 tsp salt, or to taste
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp seven-spice blend
- 1/4 tsp dried coriander
- A pinch of chili powder
- 1 small spoon tomato paste
- 1 sweet pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, cut into wedges
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 hot chili pepper, optional
- 1 cup water
Method
- Mix the kabab meat with the finely minced onion, minced coriander, salt, spices, and tomato paste, then knead well until the mixture is combined.
- Shape the meat and place it in the tray, then grill the kabab pieces on the stovetop from both sides so the moisture dries out.
- Top with chopped sweet pepper, tomato, a hot chili pepper, onion wedges, and water.
- Cover the tray with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven on both top and bottom heat at 180°C for 20 minutes.Timers: 20 min
