Baked Pasta Tray with Minced Meat
Baked pasta tray with minced meat .. one of the tastiest practical recipes, perfect for a working woman or for serving the family a hot meal in a hurry. You should try it this traditional way that brings back the taste of our mothers' pasta.
Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 500 grams long pasta, boiled in salted water with a splash of oil
- 1/4 cup oil
- 300 grams minced meat
- 1 medium onion
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon sweet spice
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon seven-spice blend
- Pine nuts, optional
- 2 cups pasta cooking water
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Boil the pasta in salted boiling water with a little oil.
- When it is cooked, drain it and set the water aside.
- In a pot over the heat, add the vegetable oil and sauté the minced meat a little, then add the finely chopped onion.
- Season with salt and spices, and stir until the meat mixture is cooked through.
- Add a little pine nuts, if desired, stir, and turn off the heat.
- Place the meat mixture over the pasta in a tray, then take 2 cups of the pasta cooking water dissolved with the tomato paste and pour it over the tray as well.
- Bring it to a boil over high heat for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.Timers: 5 min
- Brown the top in a hot oven for 15 minutes at 220 C, watching it closely until the surface dries without burning.Timers: 15 min
- Serve the baked pasta tray with minced meat immediately.
