Baked Pasta Tray with Minced Meat

Baked pasta tray with minced meat .. one of the tastiest practical recipes, perfect for a working woman or for serving the family a hot meal in a hurry. You should try it this traditional way that brings back the taste of our mothers' pasta.

Ingredients

Start here, then move straight into the method.

  • 500 grams long pasta, boiled in salted water with a splash of oil
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 300 grams minced meat
  • 1 medium onion
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon seven-spice blend
  • Pine nuts, optional
  • 2 cups pasta cooking water
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Boil the pasta in salted boiling water with a little oil.
  2. When it is cooked, drain it and set the water aside.
  3. In a pot over the heat, add the vegetable oil and sauté the minced meat a little, then add the finely chopped onion.
  4. Season with salt and spices, and stir until the meat mixture is cooked through.
  5. Add a little pine nuts, if desired, stir, and turn off the heat.
  6. Place the meat mixture over the pasta in a tray, then take 2 cups of the pasta cooking water dissolved with the tomato paste and pour it over the tray as well.
  7. Bring it to a boil over high heat for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.

  8. Brown the top in a hot oven for 15 minutes at 220 C, watching it closely until the surface dries without burning.

  9. Serve the baked pasta tray with minced meat immediately.
