White Chocolate Crunch

White chocolate crunch made at home — an easy, delicious recipe
Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 2 cups rice-shaped corn flakes
- 2 tablespoons pistachio butter (or peanut butter)
- 1 bar white chocolate

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Mix the cornflakes and pistachio butter well and spread them on baking paper in a tray.
- Melt the white chocolate bar in a double boiler and pour it over the cornflakes and pistachio butter; refrigerate for half an hour.
- Cut the white chocolate crunch bar to your preferred size and serve.
