Chocolate Bounty — a homemade recipe!!!!
Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 3 cups shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoons butter at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons sifted powdered (icing) sugar
- 1 small can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Dipping
- 300 g chocolate bar, melted in a double boiler
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Mix and knead all the ingredients together until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a log and cut it into small finger-sized pieces.
- Dip the Bounty fingers into the melted chocolate.
- Arrange the chocolate-coated Bounty on a tray and refrigerate for 1 hour.Timers: 60 min
- Serve the Chocolate Bounty once the chocolate has set.
