Cinnamon rolls... one of the super distinctive pastries that every woman who loves dough would want to learn! The cinnamon aroma in the kitchen is simply irresistible!
Ingredients
- 3 and a half cups flour
- 1 cup liquid milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 beaten egg
- Filling:
- 1/2 cup butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- Sauce:
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk

Method
- Place the dry ingredients in the stand mixer and mix, then add the milk, butter, oil, and egg. Knead for 10 minutes until you get a soft, smooth, and tender dough.Timers: 10 min
- Cover the dough and let it rise for about 30 minutes.Timers: 30 min
- Divide the dough into two equal parts.
- Roll out the dough on a clean surface and shape each part into a thin rectangular loaf.
- Brush the loaf completely with the butter (listed in the filling), except for the last edge of the loaf.
- Mix the brown sugar, cocoa, and cinnamon well, then sprinkle them over the butter.
- Roll the loaf loosely into a roll, then cut it into small round pieces of medium thickness using a sharp knife or a piece of thread.
- Arrange the pieces side by side in a baking tray and leave them in a warm place until the rolls double in size... about 1 hour.Timers: 60 min
- Bake the trays on the lower rack of the oven at 200°C for 15 minutes.Timers: 15 min
- Brown them from the top, then remove them from the oven.
- Prepare the sauce... mix the cream cheese with the condensed milk well and heat them in the microwave for just a few seconds until you get a creamy, pourable mixture, then decorate the cinnamon rolls with it.
- Serve the cinnamon rolls immediately.
