6 eggs
85 grams sugar
95 grams flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons milk
4 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon vanilla

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Begin by separating the eggs. Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt.
- Whisk the egg yolks with the water, vanilla sugar, and lemon zest until foamy.
- Add the flour, cornstarch, and baking powder and continue whisking.
- Carefully fold in the whipped egg whites using a whisk or hand beater.
- Spread the Swiss roll batter onto a baking sheet, smooth it out, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 8–10 minutes.Timers: 10 min
- Remove the Swiss roll from the oven and place it on a slightly damp kitchen towel.
- Spread the strawberry sauce over the surface of the Swiss roll, then evenly top with cream mixed with chopped Raffaello pieces; also add some chopped strawberries.
- Leave the edges of the Swiss roll free of sauce and cream so the filling doesn't spill when rolling.
- Roll the Swiss roll, wrapping it with the damp cloth as you roll; trim the edges to decorate the Swiss roll later as desired.
