- 2 liters milk
- 1 1/2 cups rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 coffee cup orange blossom water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Vanilla
- Ground cinnamon and pistachios for garnish

Method
- Bring the water to a boil, then add the rice.
- When the rice is half cooked, add the milk, vanilla, orange blossom water, sugar, and the cornstarch.
- Let the mixture simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the rice is fully cooked.
- Pour the rice pudding into serving bowls or glasses.
- Sprinkle with pistachios and cinnamon, and let it cool before serving.
