Ingredients

  • 2 liters milk
  • 1 1/2 cups rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 coffee cup orange blossom water
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • Vanilla
  • Ground cinnamon and pistachios for garnish

Method

  1. Bring the water to a boil, then add the rice.
  2. When the rice is half cooked, add the milk, vanilla, orange blossom water, sugar, and the cornstarch.
  3. Let the mixture simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the rice is fully cooked.
  4. Pour the rice pudding into serving bowls or glasses.
  5. Sprinkle with pistachios and cinnamon, and let it cool before serving.
