- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- A pinch of salt
- 3 cups warm milk (approximate amount, as needed)
- Or powdered milk dissolved in water
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Chocolate for the filling (pieces or spreadable)

- 1/2 cup liquid milk
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee
Method

- Put the sugar, yeast, yogurt, 2 cups of the milk, and the egg together in a bowl and whisk well
- Add the oil and whisk again
- Start adding the flour gradually and knead, then add the remaining milk and knead
- Stop adding milk when the dough comes together
- Knead well until you get a smooth dough, then add the butter and knead again
- Cover the dough with plastic wrap, then a cloth, and let it rise....
- After the time has passed, divide the dough into medium-sized balls
- Flatten each one in the palm of your hand and fill it with a good amount of chocolate, then shape it into a ball
- Grease a baking tray lightly with oil and arrange the balls next to each other, leaving some space between them because they will double in size after baking
- Let the dough rise again before baking
