Pizza Bread

- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 3 1/4 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 1/2 cups mixed vegetables, as desired and as available (smoked meat or mortadella, bell peppers, green and black olives, sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 cup ketchup or pizza sauce, for serving

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Cut all the vegetables into cubes
- Put the yeast and sugar into the water and leave aside for 5 minutesTimers: 5 min
- In a bowl, put the flour and salt and mix with a whisk, then add the water and knead
- Add all the vegetables, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, and pepper
- Knead the dough again with all the vegetable ingredients
- Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover it, and leave it to double in size for about an hour
- After the required time, sprinkle flour on the work surface and roll the dough out into a rectangle
- Place the mozzarella in the center of the dough and roll it up into a log
- Carefully transfer the pizza bread roll to a baking tray lined with parchment paper
- Cover and let it proof for half an hour, then bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes or until it turns brown; brown the top slightly and brush the surface with oilTimers: 30 min
