Ingredients

- 1 package ready-made baklava or kataifi dough
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 kilogram ready-made cream
- Sugar syrup
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Spread the dough layers on top of each other, brushing butter between each layer.
- You can make up to 10 layers.
- Cut the dough into circles, then place them in a buttered baking tray.
- Place the tray in a hot oven at 180°C for 15 minutes, or until the dough turns golden.Timers: 15 min
- Remove the pastries from the oven and brush them with a little syrup while they are still hot.
- When they cool, fill them with cream.
- Garnish with pistachios or orange blossom, as desired.
- Serve with syrup on the side.
