Homemade Crepe Dessert
Crepes.. a quick, delicious dessert you can fill with any filling you choose. Some people like jam or cottage cheese with honey, but kids definitely prefer chocolate or Nutella!

Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 medium tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- a pinch of salt
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Whisk all the ingredients well with a hand or electric whisk.
- Use a nonstick pan — put a little batter, about the amount of one tablespoon.
- Hold the pan handle and spread the batter over the surface so the crepe is very thin.
- When the underside is colored, flip it to the other side to color as well — it needs no more than about one minute on each side.
- Fill the crepe as desired. You can fill it with Nutella, qimeer (clotted cream), qareesh cheese, honey, or jam.
