Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 2 sachets whipped cream powder for desserts
- 1 container sour cream
- 1 sachet caramel pudding
- 2 heaping tablespoons Nescafe
- 1/2 cup cold milk
- coffee-flavored biscuits or plain biscuits
- liquid milk or Nescafe for dipping the biscuits
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Place the milk, Nescafe, and whipped cream powder in a mixing bowl and whisk well until you get a firm mixture
- Add the caramel sachet and whisk until combined, then add the sour cream and whisk again
- If using plain biscuits, dip them lightly in Nescafe dissolved in a little water. If using coffee-flavored biscuits, dip them in a little liquid milk. As soon as each biscuit is dipped or moistened, arrange it immediately in the tray
- Arrange a layer of biscuits in a glass dish or tray, then spread a layer of the cream mixture evenly over it. Add another layer of biscuits, then another layer of cream mixture, and continue this way until you have about 5 layers on top of each other or until the cream mixture is used up
- Place the dessert in the refrigerator for several hours until set and well chilled
- When serving, or once it is well chilled, sprinkle cocoa over the top of the layered Nescafe dessert and serve
