Nescafe Cheesecake

Coffee lovers will surely love this cake. The Nescafe Cheesecake is easy to make, but it benefits from making it a day ahead to give it time to set in the fridge.

Ingredients

Start here, then move straight into the method.

  • 2 packets instant cream powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons NesCafe (adjust to taste)
  • 1 small can of cream (Qamar)
  • 1 small cup or 12 cubes of any type of cream cheese
  • 1 packet lemon-flavored gelatin
  • 15 plain digestive biscuits
  • A little water for the gelatin
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Chocolate and cream for topping (optional)

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Whisk 1 cup of milk with NesCafe to taste, then add the small can of cream.
  2. Add the cream cheese to the mixture and blend well.
  3. Dissolve the gelatin in a little warm water and add it to the mixture; blend well.
  4. Crush the digestive biscuits and mix with the melted butter; press firmly into the base of the pan and add two tablespoons of NesCafe dissolved in a little water.
  5. Pour the cheese-cream mixture over the biscuit base and refrigerate overnight; decorate the next day before serving, as desired.
  6. You can top the cheesecake with chocolate as follows: Melt chocolate with a can of plain cream, stirring over heat; when the mixture cools, pour it over the cheesecake.
