Chocolate Cheesecake
Chocolate cheesecake... three delicious layers of biscuit and cream with a chocolate filling and a final layer of chocolate sauce... a superb dessert
Chocolate cheesecake... simply the best
Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- First layer
- 3 packets plain biscuits
- 100 g butter
- Second layer
- 2 sachets chocolate Chantilly cream
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 can qimeer or cream
- 1 chocolate bar, melted in a bain-marie
- Third layer
- Chocolate melted in a bain-marie
- 1 tablespoon butter
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Prepare the first layer: crush the biscuits and rub the butter into them.
- Spread the mixture in the cheesecake pan and press with the palm of your hand to compact it well.
- Prepare the second layer: beat all the ingredients together, then spread the second layer over the first and place the pan in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
- After the time has passed, prepare the third layer: melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
- When it melts, add the butter and mix until the butter melts and you have a smooth chocolate sauce.
- Pour the chocolate over the pan and return the chocolate cheesecake to the refrigerator for two hours before serving.
