Ingredients

  • First layer
  • 1 package plain biscuits or digestive biscuits
  • 5 Lotus biscuits, crushed
  • 1 medium piece butter
  • Second layer
  • 1 container qeshta qaimar
  • 2 cream cheese portions
  • Half a can of liquid dessert cream
  • 1 container whipped cream powder
  • Third layer
  • 3 tablespoons Lotus spread

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Grind the biscuits in an electric food processor
  2. Melt the butter and mix it with the biscuits, then press the mixture into the bottom of a cheesecake pan
  3. Whisk the container of qeshta qaimar with the cream cheese and both creams
  4. Spread the mixture over the first layer in the pan, smooth the surface, then place the pan in the refrigerator until it sets well
  5. Place the Lotus spread in a glass bowl in the microwave until it melts, for just 1 minute
    Timers: 1 min
  6. Spread the Lotus spread on top and return the pan to the refrigerator so the spread sets and the cheesecake chills well before serving
  7. Decorate the pan as desired and serve cold
