Yellow apple tart — a delicious sweet recipe
Ingredients
- Butter 100 g
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar or 3 tablespoons caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- A little lemon zest
- A small pinch of salt
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons ice water to bring the dough together
- Filling:
- 5 sweet yellow apples
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sugar

Method
- Cream the room-temperature butter with the sugar, then add the egg, vanilla, and salt and mix.
- Add the flour and water and bring the dough together until it is cohesive.
- Roll out the dough into a tart tin or pan and press it in.
- Bake it in a preheated oven until lightly browned on the bottom and top.
- Then begin the filling: cut the apples into small pieces after peeling and removing the cores, of course.
- Put the sugar in a pot over the heat until it turns golden, then add the apples and cinnamon to caramelize.
- Spread the filling over the baked tart crust.
- Return the tart to the oven until the top of the tart turns light golden.
- You can serve the sweet yellow apple tart warm after it cools slightly or chilled.
