Cream and Chocolate Ice Cream
Cream-and-chocolate ice cream is an easy, very delicious recipe to try at home. A tested home recipe that will make you want to make ice cream every time.
Ingredients

- Layer One
- 2 packets instant whipped cream powder
- Small can sweetened condensed milk
- Small can Qimr cream
- 3 tablespoons Sahlab
- 8 tablespoons powdered milk
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 cup very cold water
- Layer Two
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder, or more to taste
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, or more
- 2 tablespoons cocoa mix (SchokoMax)

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Put all ingredients in the blender and run on low speed for the first minute, then on high until a smooth mixture forms.
- To obtain two layers of chocolate ice cream with vanilla, take half of the mixture and add the cocoa mix to it.
- Blend Layer 2 ingredients well in the blender and pour over half of the vanilla ice cream prepared earlier.
- Pour Layer 2 (chocolate ice cream) over Layer 1 of vanilla ice cream in a deep bowl or mold lined with plastic wrap for easy removal, yielding a two-layer ice cream (vanilla bottom, chocolate on top).
- Place the cream-and-chocolate ice cream in the freezer for 4 to 6 hours, or until it firms well.Timers: 360 min
