Jello ice cream... have you ever thought of it before? Super tasty and inexpensive :) Give it a try.
Ingredients
- 1 packet Jello, any flavor you like
- 1 1/2 tablespoons starch
- 1/2 cup sugar, or less to taste
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon glucose (can be replaced with honey or thick syrup)

Method
- Put all the ingredients in a pot, except the Jello.
- Stir them together while cold until they dissolve well, then place over heat, stirring constantly.
- After boiling for 2 minutes, turn off the heat and add the Jello. Stir until the Jello is completely dissolved.Timers: 2 min
- Pour into a bowl and set aside until cool and at room temperature.
- Repeat the same steps with different Jello flavors.
- Once the mixture has cooled, place it in freezer bags or an airtight container in the freezer for 8 hours, or until the ice cream is frozen.Timers: 480 min
- After it has frozen, remove it from the freezer bags, cut it with a knife, place it in a bowl, and beat it with an electric mixer until creamy.
- Then place it in airtight containers and return it to the freezer until it freezes again.
