Oatmeal cookies — light, diet-friendly, with a taste similar to digestive biscuits
Ingredients
- 1 cup ground oats (oat flour or finely ground oats)
- 1 cup whole-wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons liquid milk
- 1 tablespoon baking powder

Method
- Mix all the ingredients together except for the milk.
- Add the milk and knead.
- Roll the dough between two sheets of parchment paper.
- Shape it, that is, cut it however you like.
- Bake the oatmeal cookies in a preheated oven for 10 minutes, watching closely as they may need less time depending on their thickness.Timers: 10 min
