Petit Four Cookies
Homemade sweets are cleaner, tastier, and more enjoyable to prepare than store-bought treats! How about trying these delightful petit four cookies?
Ingredients

- 1/2 kilogram flour
- 250 g butter
- 75 g powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- Melted chocolate and grated chocolate for decoration
- Note: "Hasna" melted chocolate and brushed it on the cookie face before decorating, allowing the grated chocolate to adhere
Method

- Mix all ingredients and knead by hand until a cohesive dough forms
- Chill the dough in the fridge for about half an hour
- Then shape the cookies or petits fours as desired, into discs or logs, and bake in a hot oven preheated to 180-200 degrees for about 15-20 minutes until a beautiful golden color.Timers: 20 min
- The oven should be set to 180-200 degrees.
