Easy Lizzy Cake
Lizzy Cake is a recipe that is very popular among women and children. It’s easy to make and delicious to eat, and that’s all we could ask for! :)
Ingredients

- Two tins of plain, unfilled biscuits (about 20 biscuits)
- Two tablespoons cocoa
- One egg
- Two teaspoons vanilla
- Two tablespoons orange blossom water
- One cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter (100 g)
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Melt the butter in a pot over very low heat with the sugar, egg, vanilla, and orange blossom water. Stir the ingredients well.
- When the sugar is completely melted, add the cocoa and continue stirring.
- Break the biscuits into small pieces and fold them into the mixture.
- Pour the mixture onto plastic wrap (with or without a mold; plastic wrap is essential in both cases)
- Place the mixture in the freezer for about 4 to 5 hours...Timers: 300 min
- When you remove it from the freezer, cut it into pieces as you like.
