  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 cup liquid milk, or as needed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 300 grams cream cheese (such as Philadelphia)

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well
  2. Add the milk gradually and knead until you get a soft dough. You must knead well
  3. Leave it for an hour to rise in a warm place
  4. After the time is up, spread the dough with vegetable oil and shape it as desired
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top
  6. Bake the cream cheese kaak over high heat until done. Usually it does not need more than 12 minutes so it does not become hard after being removed from the oven
