  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons baking powder
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • Filling
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Sugar glaze
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons milk

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Sift the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder together.
  2. Add the milk and the oil, and continue mixing with a wooden spoon.
  3. It's best not to knead the cinnamon; just mix it with a wooden spoon.
  4. Roll out the dough
  5. Spread the sugar-cinnamon filling over it
  6. Spritz with a little oil spray
  7. Roll it into a cylinder and cut it into evenly sized discs as desired.
  8. Place them on a baking sheet greased with a little oil.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden
  10. Drizzle with the sugar glaze
