Ingredients

- A pack of brown/whole wheat toast (low sugar)
- Strawberry jam or any jam you prefer
- 1 large mango
- Strawberries
- Blueberries
- 1 banana
- 1 kiwi
- A pinch of brown sugar
- A pinch of cinnamon

Method
