Homemade Pancakes
Pancakes or crepes are among kids' favorite breakfast options. We can make this breakfast tastier and healthier by serving it with honey and fresh fruit.
Homemade pancakes are a wonderful, hearty breakfast your kids will want every day!
Ingredients

- 2 eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons sugar
Method

- Whisk all the ingredients together until smooth.
- Let the batter rest for about 10 minutes.Timers: 10 min
- Preheat a non-stick pan over heat until hot, then melt a little butter and pour batter to form rounds of your desired size. Cook the pancakes on both sides.
- Serve pancakes with maple syrup (or chocolate sauce, Nutella, or honey).
- You can also add banana and fruit as desired.
