Ingredients
- 1 cup superfine sugar
- 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
- 4 egg whites
Method
- Mix the ingredients well, then place them in a saucepan over low heat
- Stir constantly until the mixture becomes soft and the sugar dissolves completely. You should heat the mixture without letting it boil
- Set the mixture aside until it reaches room temperature
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper, then shape the coconut mixture into balls and arrange them on the tray, leaving some space between each one
- Bake in the middle of a preheated oven at a medium temperature with both top and bottom heat turned on, until the balls spread into discs and turn lightly golden. It should take no more than 7 minutesTimers: 7 min
