An easy, delicious cheesecake made at home. This is the classic jam-topped cheesecake recipe that everyone agrees on.

Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 6 Kiri cheese cubes
- 4 tablespoons Lurpak butter
- 1 packet Dream Whip
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 packet jelly dissolved in 1/2 cup hot water and 1 can plain Qaimar cream
- 1 pack digestive biscuits
- Jam for topping
- Salam Hegazi (Um Hadi)

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Crush the biscuits finely, then add the Lurpak butter and rub it in with your hands.
- Press the biscuit mixture into a pan or cheesecake mold and press down evenly with a spoon. Chill the crust in the fridge.
- In a blender put the remaining ingredients and blend well until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture over the biscuit crust and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least one hour; preferably leave for several hours until it is well chilled and set.
- When serving, top with your favorite jam.
