Oreo Cheesecake
Oreo cheesecake — one of the most delicious cheesecake varieties. These cakes are endlessly adaptable and delightfully indulgent.

Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- Base (first layer)
- Oreo cookies — amount as needed depending on the pan size
- 100 g melted butter
- 1/2 tub plain clotted cream (qameer) — optional
- Second layer
- 2 packets Dream Whip (or any instant whipped cream powder) + 1 cup milk
- 1 tub plain clotted cream (qameer)
- 1 cup (about 100 g) Puck cream cheese or 10 Kiri triangles
- 1 packet lemon-flavored gelatin

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Prepare the first layer: crush the cookies, add the butter and mix them together. Then add the cream if desired and mix well.
- Press them into the bottom of a cheesecake pan and press firmly, then place the pan in the refrigerator.
- Start preparing the second layer: whip Dream Whip with the liquid milk for about 5 minutes until it becomes foamy.Timers: 5 min
- Add the cream and the cream cheese and whip.
- In a bowl, dissolve the gelatin/jello in a quarter cup of lukewarm water. Wait until it cools, then add it to the mixture and stir with a spoon, not a whisk.
- Spread the second layer over the first and return the pan to the refrigerator for about 6 hours at least until it sets well.Timers: 360 min
