Ingredients

Start here, then move straight into the method.

  • 12 Oreo cookies
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tubs of cream (qeemar)
  • 12 Kiri cheese portions

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies and set a few aside for garnish later.
  2. Mix the crushed cookies with 1 tablespoon of sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Place the mixture into serving cups: put a little in the bottom of each cup and press down slightly.
  4. Whip the remaining ingredients until you have a thick mixture, then spread it over the cookie layer (the first layer).
  5. Garnish with the Oreos you set aside, after crushing them.
  6. Chill the Oreo cheesecake in the refrigerator until it sets well before serving.
