Healthy Protein Bars

- 2 cups ground dates
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Grind the walnuts, almonds, and raisins together in an electric grinder.
- Work the ground mixture together with the dates until very evenly combined.
- Place the mixture in a rectangular mold and put it in the refrigerator (not the freezer) for about one hour.
- Cut the mold into bars lengthwise or into squares (as desired) and dip the protein bars in shredded coconut.
