  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups shredded coconut
  • Vanilla

Method

  1. Whisk the eggs, vanilla, and sugar with a whisk or hand mixer until the sugar dissolves completely..
  2. Add the shredded coconut and mix well...
  3. Place about 1 tablespoon of the mixture in disc shapes on a baking tray lined with parchment paper..
  4. Put the tray in a preheated oven... and when the discs are browned from the bottom, switch off the oven and brown them from the top...
