3 cups liquid milk1/2 cup flour3 tablespoons coarse flour (farkha)1 can clotted cream (Qeemar)1 tablespoon orange blossom water

Walnut filling

walnuts chopped with a knife2 tablespoons desiccated coconuta pinch of cinnamonmedium spoon orange blossom water1 tablespoon sugar

Sugar syrup (Qater/Shira)

2 cups sugar1 cup water1 tablespoon lemon juice

Garnish

crushed pistachioslemon blossom (for garnish)
