Ingredients:

100 g butter

1 cup sugar

3 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 cups flour

1 tablespoon shredded coconut

Preparation:

Add the sugar and continue whisking. Then add the butter at room temperature and whisk well.

Add the flour and baking powder alternately, continuing to whisk.

\r\n

Finally add the orange juice and whisk well, then zest the orange and coconut and mix with a wooden spoon.

Pour the batter into a cake pan or mold greased with butter or sesame oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 35 minutes or until the cake rises and is cooked through.
