- 200 grams Philadelphia cheese
- 100 grams butter
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Powdered sugar for dusting the cookies after baking
Method
- Knead all the ingredients together. Using a piping bag or a tablespoon, place small amounts of the mixture onto a baking tray.
- Try to leave some space between each piece so they do not stick together while baking.
- Place the tray in a preheated oven until they are done. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the fine sugar over the cookies before serving.
