Dough

3 small eggs (separate the yolks from the whites and use only one yolk and two whites in the dough; put the third white in the filling and the other two yolks for brushing the dough)1 kilo all-purpose flour6 tablespoons sugar1 tablespoon instant yeast1/2 cup warm milk - add more while kneading as needed1 cup yogurt2 tablespoons vinegar1 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon baking powder1/4 cup vegetable oil1 tablespoon butter, at room temperatureTo color the dough chocolate brown, add to half the dough: 3 tablespoons sweet cocoa powder + 2 tablespoons liquid milk (optional)To color the whole dough, double the amount of cocoa and milk
