Cocoa and orange juice cupcakes .. an easy recipe the kids will love very much... this quantity is enough to make about 24 pieces

2 eggs

a pinch of salt

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup sugar

1 tablespoon white vinegar

1 tablespoon orange zest

3/4 cup oil

1/2 cup orange juice

1/2 cup milk, at room temperature

2 1/2 cups flour

3 teaspoons baking powder

3 tablespoons cocoa powder

Using an electric mixer, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt, vanilla, sugar, vinegar, and orange zest.
When the mixture becomes creamy, gradually add the oil, orange juice, and milk, beating continuously.
Sift the flour, baking powder, and cocoa, then gradually add them over the egg and sugar mixture and mix with a wooden spoon from bottom to top.
Grease the cupcake molds with butter and dust them with flour, then divide the batter among them.
Bake the cocoa and orange cupcakes in a preheated oven, heated from the bottom, for 20 to 25 minutes at 180°C, watching carefully.
Serve the cupcakes at room temperature.
